By MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are expected in most parts of the country, including Metro Manila on Monday due to the southwest monsoon (habagat) break.
“Hot, humid weather is expected in Metro Manila and most parts of the country, but isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are also possible, especially in the afternoon and evening.” Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Daniel Villamil said in Filipino.
