Pagasa: Warm weather to prevail, Sinlaku unlikely to enter PAR

MANILA, Philippines – Warm and humid weather will prevail across the archipelago, the weather bureau said on Wednesday “Sinlaku has weakened into a typhoon category, and we are no longer expecting it to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR),” weather specialist Chenel Dominguez of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
