By Archie Alemania submitted a counter-affidavit in response to the act of lasciviousness complaint filed against him by Rita Daniela.
According to Oscar Oida’s report on “24 Oras,” Tuesday, Alemania and his lawyer Atty. Ameir Muksan submitted the document at the Bacoor Hall of Justice and is part of the ongoing preliminary investigation on the complaint.
They declined to give a comment, but the prosecutor said the counter-affidavit denies the allegations Daniela previously made.
Daniela’s lawyer, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, was also present. She said that as much as they can, they make sure that Alemania and Daniela won’t cross paths.
