By A Yellow Rainfall Warning has been raised over parts of Zambales on Thursday morning due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its 11 a.m. advisory, PAGASA warned of flooding in flood-prone areas in Botolan and Cabangan in Zambales under the said rainfall warning.
