By The Southwest Monsoon, or Habagat, is expected to affect the weather conditions of Luzon and the western section of Visayas on September 1, 2026, the state weather bureau PAGASA said Monday.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are forecast over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, the rest of Cagayan Valley, the rest of Central Luzon, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, and Antique.
