By Cloudy skies and rain are expected to persist across Luzon and parts of the Visayas due to the Southwest Monsoon, or Habagat, state weather bureau PAGASA said Wednesday afternoon.
In the next 24 hours, Zambales will experience occasional rains, while Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Central Luzon, Batanes, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Antique, Iloilo, Guimaras, and Negros Occidental will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
