By The Southwest Monsoon, or Habagat, is expected to affect weather conditions across Luzon on Aug. 24, 2026, the state weather bureau PAGASA said Sunday.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila, the Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, the rest of Cagayan Valley, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas and Occidental Mindoro.
