By A 15-year-old girl who had been missing since Aug. 17 was found dead in a vacant lot in Goa, Camarines Sur, with initial forensic findings indicating she may have been strangled, police said.
Police Col. Tyrone Dotimas, director of the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office, told the Inquirer via Viber message on Sunday, Aug. 23, that the body of Ruby Porteria, a resident of Barangay Catagbacan, Goa, was discovered at about 10:15 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 21, in a vacant lot at Belleza Farm in Zone 3, Barangay Matacla, Goa.
