The southwest monsoon or Habagat is expected to affect the weather conditions of Northern and Central Luzon on Saturday, August 22, 2026, state weather bureau PAGASA said Friday.
In PAGASA’s 4 p.m. bulletin, the Habagat was forecast to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Batanes, and Cagayan.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms were likely over Metro Manila and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON.
