Meanwhile, Pagasa said that heavy to intense rain showers with lightning and strong winds are prevailing in Antipolo, Rizal and Guinayangan, Quezon and may persist within two hours and may affect nearby areas.
Pagasa advised the public “to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.
