By Three weather systems—easterlies, the Northeast Monsoon, and the ITCZ—will cause cloudy skies and rain in most parts of the Philippines, according to PAGASA’s early Saturday morning forecast.
The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, and Davao Oriental, while the ITCZ will affect the Zamboanga Peninsula, Palawan, and the rest of Mindanao.
