By The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to affect Mindanao while the effects of the Northeast Monsoon (amihan) will be felt over Northern Luzon as the Easterlies bring isolated showers over the rest of the country on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Caraga, Davao Region, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ. Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas, said PAGASA, due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
