By The number of Filipinos affected by the recent Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and tropical cyclones Crising, Dante, and Emong went up to 9,720,352 individuals or 2,661,857 families, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said Sunday.
Of this number, 7,479 families or 28,500 individuals were served inside evacuation centers, while 265 ECs and 11,957 families or 40,597 persons were served outside evacuation centers, the NDRRMC said in its situational report.
