By BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines — A 33-year-old tricycle driver gave himself up to the police on Friday, Feb. 13, and admitted to killing a 19-year-old girl and burning her body to conceal the crime in Barangay Maddiangat in Quezon town, Nueva Vizcaya.
The suspect, identified by the police only as Ernie, is also a caretaker of a house at Malvar Street in Barangay Santa Rosa in this town, Col. Paul Bometivo, chief of the Nueva Vizcaya Police Provincial Office, said in a case conference on Saturday.
