By MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Luzon will have overcast skies and rain showers, while fair weather will prevail over the rest of the country on Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In its morning forecast, Pagasa said the cloud clusters over the West Philippine Sea are associated with the southwest monsoon (habagat) and will bring rain to the western parts of Northern and Central Luzon
