By MANILA, Philippines–Phoenix signed multiple players composed of veterans, free agents and one selected from the Rookie Draft ahead of the PBA season, which starts on Oct. 5.
RJ Jazul and RR Garcia agreed to new deals, picked up Yousef Taha and Prince Caperal while inking second-rounder Dave Ando, the team announced recently on social media.
Jazul and Garcia are among the longest-tenured players on the Fuel Masters and they’ll join Ando, who is a rookie big man out of University of Santo Tomas, Taha and Caperal, on the other hand, had already suited up for Phoenix in a tune-up game against Magnolia on Friday which ended with an 82-70 loss at Activate Hoop Arena in Mandaluyong City.
