MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) has reported that no case has been filed yet against the alleged killer of a dog named Axle.
PAWS Executive Director Anna Cabrera dismissed reports that a case has already been lodged, asking those who posted the information online to take down their “false update.”
“I do not know if this is a tactic to mislead the public. What we do know for sure is: no case has been filed,” Cabrera wrote in a Facebook post on Friday, which was also shared by PAWS.
