MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Kalayaan Islands and Palawan will have rainy weather on Monday due to a low-pressure area (LPA) outside the country’s area of responsibility, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In a morning forecast, Pagasa also reported that easterlies would bring rain over Quezon province and the Bicol Region, while slight rains are expected in Batanes province due to the northeasterly wind flow.
(For the rest of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy conditions will continue to be experienced. If there is any rain, it will be brief thunderstorms that are more often experienced in the afternoon or evening.)
