Rains and strong winds are expected to prevail over Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon on Saturday afternoon, July 4, the state weather bureau said.
Earlier, Pagasa reported in its 5 a.m. weather advisory that fair weather is forecast over most parts of the country, with possible rain showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
Meanwhile, easterlies, or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, may persist to affect Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Aurora, Quezon, and Dinagat Islands, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with occasional rains or thunderstorms, according to the weather bureau.
