By TACLOBAN CITY — A public school teacher was shot dead by her husband inside a classroom in Matalom, Leyte, on Wednesday morning, the Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8) reported.
On October 16, a teacher in Tanauan, Leyte, was shot and wounded by her estranged husband but managed to survive. The suspect was immediately arrested by responding authorities. Police said jealousy was the motive behind the attack.
