By The Philippine National Police (PNP), under the leadership of Acting Chief PNP Police Lieutenant General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., continues to monitor the ongoing three-day peaceful rally across Metro Manila.
As of 9:00 AM today, a total of 13,751 PNP personnel, supported by other government agencies, remain deployed in strategic locations including Quirino Grandstand, People’s Power Monument (PPM), and EDSA Shrine, among others. At Quirino Grandstand, where the main program has started, the crowd is estimated at around 150,000 participants, while PPM and EDSA Shrine remain calm with no significant crowd buildup.
