By MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region, and Quezon, as well as the Visayas and Mindanao, will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms because of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.
Cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora, while the Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan).
