The Philippine Coast Guard K9 Force on Monday seized three kilograms of shabu valued at around P22 million in Catbalogan, Samar on Monday.
According to a statement on Tuesday, a PCG K9 Force narcotics detection dog positively indicated the presence of the illegal drugs in a vehicle during a paneling operation in Barangay New Mahayag, along the Western Samar Highway.
