MANILA*, Philippines – The weather bureau said on Sunday a large part of the country will experience warm weather due to easterlies as the northeast monsoon or “amihan” weakens.
Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather forecaster Benison Estareja said the northeast monsoon will only affect extreme northern Luzon, particularly Batanes.
