By MANILA, Philippines – The northeast monsoon, or amihan, along with the easterlies, will continue to bring rainy weather to Luzon Wednesday, the weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said cloudy skies with rain are expected in extreme northern Luzon, particularly Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.
