By Police have arrested an alleged “high-value” drug trafficker in a drug bust at Lipa City in Batangas province on Tuesday (July 28).
In a report on Wednesday (July 28), the Batangas Police Provincial Office said the 27-year-old suspect identified as “Jay” sold shabu worth P100,000 to an undercover policeman in Barangay Mataas na Lupa at 7:25 p.m.
Law enforcers confiscated one knot-tied plastic containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride weighing a total of 100 grams. Based on the Dangerous Drugs Board’s standard price of P6,800 per gram, the seized drugs were valued at P680,000.
