By MANILA, Philippines — An alleged clandestine shabu (crystal meth) laboratory was busted by authorities in Valenzuela City, leading to the confiscation of suspected drugs worth a total of P6.6 billion, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said on Wednesday.
The agency and the Philippine National Police’s operatives initially arrested a 30-year-old Quezon City resident identified as “JP” in a buy-bust operation in the city early Sunday morning, according to the PDEA in a statement.
