By MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Luzon and Mindanao will experience overcast skies and light rain showers, while the rest of the country is expected to have warm and generally fair weather on Thursday.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in a morning forecast, the two weather systems — the northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, and the easterlies — continue to affect the country.
