MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) on Tuesday said four individuals were arrested in separate incidents of animal cruelty in Quezon City and Navotas City.
In a statement, the NCRPO said three of the four suspects were arrested in Navotas City on Monday, following a report from a concerned citizen regarding the alleged butchering of dogs and the sale of its meat in Barangay Bagumbayan South.
