By The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has suspended for 90 days the driver’s license of the driver in the viral video online who stuck a dirty finger to the motorist he just cut off, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said on Tuesday.
The suspension came after the LTO also issued a show cause order against the driver requiring him to appear before the agency’s main office in East Avenue, Quezon City on August 28 to submit a written explanation on why he should not be administratively charged for the violation of reckless driving and why his license should not be revoked or suspended.
