By Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) caused devastation in Visayas on Tuesday after it made several landfalls and traversed the landmass.
On Wednesday morning, Tino was over Palawan.
At 5 a.m., PAGASA raised Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4 over the northernmost portion of Palawan (El Nido, Taytay, Araceli), including Calamian Islands.
