By Bea Gomez is heartbroken over the devastation caused by Typhoon Tino in several regions including her home province of Cebu, lamenting the billions of public funds that could have been used for flood control infrastructures.
Through her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Nov. 4, the Cebuano beauty queen called for prayers for the typhoon victims, especially those in Cebu which was also previously struck by a strong earthquake.
