By Metro Manila and other parts of the country are expected to experience generally fair weather, with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms on Monday due to the southwest monsoon, or habagat, according to the state weather bureau.
Aurelio also said the cloud cluster being monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility still has a chance of developing into a low-pressure area in the coming days. The cloud cluster currently has no effect on any part of the country.
