By Moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds are expected over parts of Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon within the next two hours on Sunday morning, the state weather bureau said.
In Pagasa’s 5 a.m. weather forecast, weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the southwest monsoon or habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region, Bataan, and Zambales.
