By MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) against a total of 43 contractors and government officials allegedly linked to anomalous flood-control projects.
The DOJ issued the Ilbo to the Bureau of Immigration upon receiving separate requests from the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee and the newly appointed Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) chief Vince Dizon.
