By MANILA, Philippines — Former Sen. Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV and Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla differed over whether local law enforcers can enforce the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant to arrest Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
Trillanes said the secretary initially created a supposedly 10,000-strong task force to locate and apprehend dela Rosa over the weekend, and that it was his brother, Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla, who first disclosed the issuance of an ICC warrant against the senator.
