By The country that may host former president Rodrigo Duterte for his interim release, if granted, may be adjacent to The Hague, a lawyer accredited by the International Criminal Court (ICC) said Sunday.
(My suspicion is that the countries that may host Duterte are adjacent or share a border with The Netherlands.)
(The country that agrees to host Duterte should be an ICC member state because it needs to follow the mandate of the ICC.)
