By LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms may affect Cebu over the weekend, the state weather bureau said.
The Visayas Pagasa Regional Services Division (PRSD) explained that current conditions are due to Localized Thunderstorms, which are small, brief storms that affect a limited area, Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas may also prevail throughout Friday, June 5, the bureau said.
