MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Extreme Northern Luzon will have overcast skies and scattered rains, while hot and humid weather will prevail over the rest of the country on Sunday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In a morning forecast, the state weather bureau said easterlies would continue to affect most of the country, while Extreme Northern Luzon would see the effects of the frontal system, or the zone where warm and cold air masses meet.
