MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Isang left the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Saturday morning but it continues to enhance the southwest monsoon or habagat, the state weather bureau said.
The storm left PAR at 6:30 a.m., hours after it was last spotted 290 kilometers west of Bacnotan, La Union, with maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 80 kph. It was moving west at 25 kph.
