MANILA, Philippines — Four weather systems will bring rain to various parts of the country on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
According to Pagasa’s 5 a.m. bulletin, the four weather systems are the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), the shear line, the easterlies, and the northeast monsoon, or “amihan.”
The ITCZ is forecast to cause “scattered rains and thunderstorms” in the Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi, as well as isolated rains in the rest of Mindanao except Caraga, Pagasa said.
