MANILA, Philippines—Three weather systems are predicted to bring rain to parts of the country Tuesday, November 18, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Showers are likely in the provinces of Aurora and Quezon, as well as the Bicol Region, due to the easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, Pagasa specialist Obet Badrina said in the agency’s morning weather forecast.
