Three prevailing weather systems will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains to different parts of the country on Monday, the state weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. public weather forecast, PAGASA said the Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Palawan and Mindanao, while the Northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon. The easterlies are affecting the rest of the country.
PAGASA added that “no low pressure areas (LPA) are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation” so far.
