By SANTIAGO CITY, ISABELA, Philippines — Four children died, and three others were wounded when the tricycle they were riding was hit by a truck loaded with cement on Friday evening (January 23) along the bypass road in Barangay Ambalatungan in this city.
The city police office’s traffic enforcement unit said the truck was heading toward Rizal village around 6:20 p.m. when it was involved in the accident.
