MANILA, Philippines — Police arrested a man for allegedly offering dental services without the required Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license in Batangas, the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) said on Monday.
The suspect, a 26-year-old Grade 9 dropout, was arrested in an entrapment operation at his apartment in the town of Malvar last Thursday morning, according to ACG Director Brig. Gen. Wilson Asueta, who spoke to reporters at Camp Crame.
