By Zephanie and Michael Sager are reuniting to bring kilig, inspiration, and major P-Pop vibe in “Born to Shine” a star-studded series that will begin on March 23 at GMA Afternoon Primetime. The cast includes Manilyn Reynes, Tina Paner, Smokey Manaloto, Roselle Nava, and Vina Morales, with the much-awaited TV comeback of Ms. Tessie Tomas. Zephanie as Jennie is an aspiring P-Pop idol who is living the dream of her mom Minchie (Reynes). This is the second time Zephanie and Michael Sager are joining forces for a drama project, the first being for “Frenemies” in 2023.
Stars on the Floor Season 2 returns with a fresh set of performances from its celebrity and P‑pop Dance Stars. Last Sunday, the SOTF shuffler revealed new pairings and assigned fresh dance styles, once again challenging the duos to step out of their comfort zones: Jasmine Curtis‑Smith and Hori7on Jeromy; Paul Salas and 1st.One Joker; Sugar Mercado and CALISTA Denise; and, Rocco Nacino and KAIA Sophia. Program host Alden Richards keeps the energy high, while the Dance Authority, composed of Coach Jay, Rayver Cruz, and Marian Rivera, will determine which duos rise to the Top Two and face off in a jaw‑dropping dance‑off. /edv
