A low-pressure area monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has developed into a tropical depression with the international name “Haishen” on Monday, July 13.
The state weather bureau said it is “less likely” to directly affect local weather and sea conditions in the coming days.
As of 10 a.m. today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) located the tropical depression 1,265 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas.
