Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will continue across Cebu on Sunday, July 12, as the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat, continues to affect parts of the country.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its daily weather outlook that monsoon rains may occur over the Visayas and Palawan, including the Kalayaan Islands.
