Carla Abellana could not help but cry upon finding a run-over dog at the Quezon City Circle, and she shared her plans to give the dog a proper burial.
On her Threads account, the actress shared she found the dog “by the gutter, there was a pool of blood by its mouth, and clearly it was stiff-looking, and not moving.”
“It seems like somebody hit the aspin and managed or was still kind enough to move the aspin’s body to the gutter by the sidewalk,” she said.
