By MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a thunderstorm warning for Metro Manila and six provinces in Luzon on Wednesday.
Based on Pagasa’s advisory issued at 7:35 a.m. on Wednesday, moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are forecast over the following areas within the next two hours:
